Exhaust fumes under control


Scrubber systems have one dirty exhaust inlet and one clean exhaust outlet. Dimension vary according to needed flowrate. Dirty exhaust is clean using city water + reagent injection to neutralize the pH of obtained aqueous solution. Then exhaust fumes pass trough outlet column(s) and a series of special gas absorber creates a labyrinth for the fumes that force gas neutralizations thanks to nebulized washing sprays.

pH monitoring is continuously applied to verify the correct neutralization. Different options and solutions can be requests.

Scrubber systems are designed to remove pollutant particulates and/or gases from industrial exhaust streams. Standard systems inject a reagent into a dirty exhaust stream to "wash out" acid gases. Scrubbers are one of the primary devices that control gaseous emissions.

SPM design and produces different scrubber solutions: from standalone tool dedicated to one single equipment exhaust treatment, to entire Fab centralized systems.
