Custom solutions for handling
SPM realizes custom handling systems for small components. Our experience is focused on wafers, glass masks, strips and leadframes. We can create special holders to handle components easily and to be used in electro-plating processes.
We can also design and realize custom carrier for wafers, photo-masks, solar cells or other components for batch processing.
Materials, dimensions, electric contact option can be configured with SPM engineers. We normally create prototypes to test holder efficiency, ergonomics, and process results with customer process.
For every applications we can design a custom carrier available in different plastic or metal materials.
